The story of Nordmeccanica is one of success, the result of 40 years of challenges and investment in continuous improvement.

From the first models built in the 1970s to the futuristic Triplex SL One-Shot, Nordmeccanica has experienced steady growth, increasing both its production capacity and exports: from an initial 3,000 m² to today’s 35,000 m². Annual production now reaches nearly 250 units, with more than 4,000 machines installed worldwide.

In 2024, Nordmeccanica surpassed €100 million in revenue, with exports accounting for 90% of the total, confirming the company's strong international focus and its role as a global player in the industry.

Today, the company operates across four continents, with facilities in Piacenza, New York, Shanghai, Mumbai, and Buenos Aires, and a network of representatives in 87 countries around the world.

The Group's structure and ongoing managerial evolution still center around the Cerciello family: Antonio serves as President, while his sons Vincenzo (Vice-President) and Alfredo (CFO) lead the strategic functions of commercial and finance.

Nordmeccanica specializes in manufacturing machines for specific phases of the packaging process, offering solutions based on intended use:

● Combi Technology Machines: Two-layer lamination and coatings/functional coatings, designed for maximum modularity and functionality, tailored to the customer's production needs.

● Solventless Technology Machines: Two- or three-layer lamination using solvent-free adhesives, with models such as Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex, which differ in productivity and layout flexibility.

● Vacuum Metallizing Machines: Consolidated vacuum technology enhanced by innovative solutions to ensure fast coating turnaround times.

The aim of these systems is to produce multi-layer, solvent-free packaging films that are 100% recyclable and fully compliant with European packaging regulations.
